Buyer bought DVD from me. 1 week later, ebay sends message saying they canceled bids from this buyer because he's no longer registered on eBay. I checked my PayPal account and the transaction is still valid and no charge backs were made by the buyer but the ebay listing is removed.

The most ridiculous part was ebay giving a lecture about setting buy it now price to immediate payment to avoid this situation in the future when ebay fails to look itself in the mirror and put safeguards in place so buyers and sellers shouldn't be allowed to close their ebay account for 30 days while the transaction is ongoing.

No wonder why there's so many scammers on eBay. Their fraud investigators should be fired. If you see the name Shawn Tolar, just cancel the transaction.
