Paolo Fiorin bought three LPs together on Ebay and requested the be sent together. When he received them he claimed that the box was insufficient and covered with tape (not true - I used a brand new standard LP mailer with cardboard padding and the appropriate packing tape on the outside). Fiorin also claimed that the LPs were covered in Ebay brand packing tape (which I have never used) and that one LP was missing from the order. Incredibly, he then complained that the "missing item" was mis-graded and not listed accurately. (!) Fiorin then demanded a refund to keep the items - including the "missing" LP.

When I responded that these things could not have happened because I packed everything myself using a brand new mailer and that he must be confusing this order with another, he started to get belligerent and insulting.

In spite of these lies, I offered him a refund if he wanted to return the LPs - including the "missing" LP that he somehow had available to find fault with.

Multiple threatening and insulting messages followed, but even after multiple refund offers if he would just return the LPs, he continued to demand that I refund him to keep the albums and threatened retaliatory feedback if I did not comply.

When I messaged him back that I did not agree with his assessment of both my product and my services - listing all the things that were incorrect about his messages, Fiorin left a retaliatory negative feedback listing as many of his lies as he could fit into the space.

But still, he would not return the "insufficient" LPs.

The one mistake I made with Pafio Fiorin was that I did not check his own feedback page before accepting the order. If I had, I would have seen that he has a history of retaliatory feedback against a long list of LP sellers on Ebay and I should have (would have) cancelled the order.

To all sellers out there, block this little clown right now or you will be sorry.
