Amazon allowed the disputes to happen. you have to know that the buyer has only 60 days to file a dispute. They knew this and waited until the last possible moment to catch you off guard and not remember too much about it. They planned to rip you off the second they bought the item and paid for it. The first thing you should of brought up is the fact that the asshole waited 2 months or longer to file a dispute and the fact they never contacted you. Thats why you should have your policies clearly stated on the listing. It wont stop those assholes from filing fraud disputes but it will make you win them. for the fees you can sue the assholes for mail order fraud. You should also consider not selling to canada because its international and they will prey on you if your a us based seller.
