Details: | Customer made three separate purchases from us on amazon.ca, all valued over $250 each. They purchased expedited shipping with tracking. All three orders were successfully delivered to a mailbox within the given timeframe by Amazon. Customer opened up AZ Claims for all three with the reason "did not receive full order". Customer did not reach out to us prior indicating there was an issue. As their orders appear under different email addresses but the same name, we fully believe this person is attempting fraud and knows that Amazon will grant their claims. If you see them purchase anything from you, cancel the order and do not ship to them! |

Kevin Sutton claimed our authentic licensed product is counterfeit and tried to blackmail us by demanding refund without wanting to return the item. After we refused to refund unless he returned our product he left a negative feedback. Scumbag fraudulent buyer.

Buyer purchased item from me, after delivery buyer or buyer's credit card company started UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACK.
After contacting buyer, they claimed they had no knowledge of this, buyer refused to contact their credit card company to close fraudulent case.
I'd avoid this buyer, highly suspicious.

After the parcel was delivered successfully, the buyer reported to the bank and said it's a fake card payment, and request the full refund, we sent emails to check, but no response.
