Details: | Worst buyer ever. Box was destroyed by USPS. Customer wanted a refund. I tried to get them tk help me file an insurance claim. Wouldnt respond to messages. Finally ebay intervened. Claim filed and accepted. As an act of good faith I gave them the refund and let them know that UspS might require further info for processing. Minute they got the refund, they blocked me on ebay so I couldn’t get further information. Rude, difficult, avoided communication, did not work toward a mutually beneficial outcome. Avoid at all costs. |
