Details: | Margie Dunn is an online scammer. She made a purchase from our website and within an hour of the package being delivered to her mailbox, she sent us an email saying it was not received. We asked her to please contact her post office and to also talk to her carrier to ask if the package was delivered to her correct mailbox and she claimed that they all said it was. We called the post office and talked directly to her carrier who said that not only did she not speak with her, but that she has a history of claiming someone is stealing her packages. Per our company policy, we reshipped her the package with a note for the carrier asking for the package to be delivered to her door. We spoke with the carrier again and were told that she hand delivered it to her. 4 months later, Margie saw one of our ads online and decided to reach out claiming she didn't receive the second replacement package and wanted a refund, and then tried to extort us by saying she will leave negative reviews for our business if we didn't refund her. She also tried the guilt story "I am a single mother", but we did not refund as we could see the scam from a mile away. We have documented everything and will be filing a police report. |

Its your responsibilty to make sure the item goes to the credit card's billable address. We dont give out tracking for that exact reason. If you have tracking then you all set. You should of just cut off communication with that fraudster the second the item was shipped. If the tracking shows delivered, the 1st one you should of never shipped out the second. Give an inch take a mile story. In business you trust no one!
