OH BOO HOO HOO HOO, I dont want to pay 33 little euros so im going to spit out my dummy and tell them to return to sender!

Hello,
UPS is asking me for 33 euros for import costs, so I will refuse the package. Normally the import fees are taken directly by ebay and this is the first time this has applied to a used item.
