| Details: | Laptop was offered as "For Parts/Repair", AS IS. Buyer purchased the item. Later he files complaint with ebay saying that the unit had only 2GB of memory instead of the 4GB of memory stated in the ebay offer. He sent the unit back to me, the seller. He was given full refund including shipping both ways. The returned laptop was inspected and it was found to have the 4GB of memory as advertised. I complained to ebay telling them that the buyer was lying and I could provide proof (photographs of the memory location in the laptop). Ebay refused to even listen to my side of the situation. They gave full support to the buyer and none to me, the seller. Then the buyer left negative feedback for me on ebay. His feedback again is a lie as he claimed that there were missing parts. |
