Your statement makes no sense! Not as described, would require the person to send the item back to get their money back. Not as described and not authorized are 2 different chargeback codes.
If they said they didnt authorize the transaction and they lost, and then filed a 2nd chargeback stating not as described, you just caught them commiting fraud. Why would someone say they didnt authorize the item and not participate in the transaction and then say it wasnt as describe, the additional money is again vurge.
Next time state the reasons, not 3 word statement.If thats the way you responded the chargeback dispute, no wonder you lost!
