As you know that sri lanka has the most fraudulent buyer & blocked almost in shopping website, in my record 10 of 9 of order placed by sri lanka will be claim as not received when tracking code is not updated by their lame http://www.slpost.gov.lk

I have send a lot of items to worldwide, as you all know not all tracking code will be updated by destination country and we seller depends on the buyer especially when you are selling in ebay or amazon.

This is what i can tell you about sri lanka buyers, they will take a chance to claim item not receive when they found tracking code is not mark as delivered by their lame post office http://www.slpost.gov.lk/

Note: after i receive last 2 claims item not received, i block this country then i check my logs. i got a lot of buyer from sri lanka trying to buy an item (same as previous fraudulent) from me so i believe they share which store can be fraud.
