Bought a 5.1 speaker system from me. Item was delayed in dispatch but I kept the buyer updated and item was received eventually (I spent £15.30 in total arranging delivery with a different courier).

Buyer is arrogant, abusive, rude, has several negative feedbacks on his eBay profile (2 sellers: Item not paid for. 1 buyer: Item won in auction, Ansh wanted more money).

As soon as I sent the item he started demanding an immediate refund.

Opened an eBay case against me about not receiving the item. Less than 24 hours later, the item was received and the case is still open. The buyer is still demanding an immediate refund.
