Buyer purchased 8 whelen grommet mounts, then claimed he only received 5- requested return and sent back empty box with label from ebay returns. The weight of the empty box returned is a matter of record with USPS and is damming evidence of the theft.
Seller then went on to give horrible negative feedback after he was reported for mail fraud.
