Details: | Stay away from this person. She has no idea how carriers and transit work, she would spam your email like crazy. She kept spamming my company's customer service email (6 emails in 2 days) asking why the tracking status was not updating. I already explained to her politely that the package was in transit and is possible that it had not been scanned since its last destination, and assured her that there is no issue or delay with her package (according to UPS). Even after I replied, she kept spamming our customer service email asking the same question over and over again, also become more and more hostile each time. She even started to accuse our company of not being a real site. SHE BOUGHT THE ITEM ON WALMART.COM, HOW IS WALMART A FAKE WEBSITE??? If you see her name, cancel her order to save your brain cells from dying. |
