Another scam artist that wants a free item by lying to his own credit card company. (1) he knows the seller has to get the dispute fee (2) gets the money taken away and he gets a conditional credit (3) the seller has to do all the paperwork and he has to do nothing (4) he knows he can waste the sellers time and wants them to give up and give him the item and money. Id send the asshole to collections and add the dispute fee + financial losses and file fraud charges.
