The seller who posted this bogus report is wholesaledirect2you*net on eBay. Check their feedback. They're consistently called-on for selling cheap, fake luggage/bags. Their feedback is horrible and they're no longer a registered user. Bad feedback starts at the bottom of page 2 (feedback as seller).

Item was plastic and not aluminium as claimed. I did not receive a refund as claimed. I ended up keeping the thing as the cost to return it was the same as the refund would have been.

Two things are obvious - the seller sells shoddy stuff. The buyer seems to have tons of bad luck on eBay, yet stays there... smells like a refund scammer to me. Glad you two found each other.
The minute a buyer says, "Check my 100% feedback," you know they're lying. Buyers haven't been able to be neg'd for years.
