Customer closed eBay account and then demanded I give a refund directly. She claimed to have been waiting for her item for 5 weeks when the actual date was 2 weeks. I asked her to wait for 4 weeks due to Brazilian customs delays, she refused and was very rude to me, saying that I was a racist. I wanted to resolve the situation and save my good feedback and I told her that I would be happy to give her a full refund immediatly via the proper channels (via eBay) she refused and sent me messages claiming that I was a liar and that she would get back at me for talking badly about her country (which I had NOT done!)
