Details: | This dishonest buyer purchased a NWOT Anthropologie dress from me, damaged it (or played the old switcharoo with a previously purchased and damaged identical item), and opened up an item not as described claim with PayPal. This was after a series of bizarre and nearly indecipherable messages exchanged on ebay, wherein she let her mental instability shine through. Never mind the fact that I had photographic proof that this item was exactly as described upon shipment, as well as pictures that she sent to both me and ebay showing the alleged damage that miraculously began to multiply as the weeks went on. PayPal still sided with her because it's much easier (and cost effective) to let a computer handle these disputes than to have an actual human review the details. Don't be fooled by her 100% positive feedback either, as it's being left for her due to fast payment, but rarely reciprocated. |

PayPal makes all decisions based on fact and photos submitted by each party. Stains appeared on sellers dress in her orig photos. And the identical stains were on the photos later submitted by buyer. If the stains had not been in both pics then the buyer would not have prevailed
