This person is unhinged. Bought the parts and returned. Which is fine, I refunded immediately and gave excellent service, but because there was something not quite right about the deal I thought it best to put him on the blocked buyers list. He then bought using his other ebay profile called 1300shopshop and was very rude in messages so I blocked that profile. He then bought later that week with a profile called shopshop1300
It turns out he's got 2 other accounts that he has used to buy from me over the last couple of years but they've been removed.
I suspect this person causes a lot of problems for buyers on ebay and when they report and block him, he has to use several accounts to keep buying.
you can permanently block a buyer by adding their email address to your blocked buyer list runrunsteven@yahoo.com
