Drop shipper. uses software to clone amazon listing, sells them on ebay at an inflated price. Then claims a refund saying it didn't arrive.
Had multiple issues with this buyer, more worryingly we have been told to contact ebay and action fraud to report all orders to them. we now refuse to send any orders they place with us to protect ourselves against what ever illegal activities they are taking part in.

There are multiple threads on this site about them unver vatious names. Richard raab, eti loya. Ronald simmons, aaron grace, julios irving... there's quite a few.

Just be careful, run your order through ebay, if someone else sells it with the exact same title as you, check the listing and the seller info. Cancel and refund it, don't risk sending it, they'll just rip you off
