I am also having problems with a seller linked to this address. I bought something online at BabyStored.com on Dec 9, 2018. I have tried to contact them 3 times via e-mail and I also called them, but I have heard nothing from them. I put their address online and found two other online stores with the same address and info by the names of Supply Micro and Life Multi. I also found complaints on the BBB.

Every comment about this “business” includes the word(s) scam, poor customer service, disconnected telephone, no email response, period product not ordered, shipped, or received.

I made an online purchase from a company called Sweet Den (thesweetden.com) who uses this address, a TrackBand watch $54.99. nothing ever shipped, bogus return phone #. Sent numerous emails, no response. Do Not shop at Sweet Den!

Wolfze Activewear also uses this address. I was lucky enough to get an item from them, but it was the wrong size. Smh. No answer to several of my emails. They also list this address and a fake number.

Bestielands.com, a Vietnamese seller of knockoffs, uses this address as their USA company address. Don’t bother knocking on their door. Looks like someone is selling this address to other scammers. We were scammed on a fake NFL rug stated to be 8 feet x 11 feet but when it arrived in a 17” x 20” plastic bag, we knew we were screwed. Now they are selling 3’ x 5’ college rugs at $404 if you’re as stupid as we were and buy, you deserve the shit you get. Great policy too. Returns are to arrive back to them within 30 days from shipping date but took 30 days to get here. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if this is a US owner under guise of a foreign company. We tried to return our rug, to Ho Chi Minh, didn’t say city just Ho Chi Minh , guess his relatives are accepting. Also UPS wanted $396 to mail back. Why get screwed twice? Anyway this company is total scam. Love this - Bestielands claims that if they weren’t legit why would they have 20% return customers ? ??.

This address is Viabox.com, a mail forwarding business that is totally above board. They offer free addresses and receive payment for the storage and forwarding of parcels and items for international and domestic customers.

Well looks like I got scammed. Bought buddha bracelet x2. Sent money and its been 2 months. They stated 7-20 day delivery. Sent numerous emails and getting same response blaming covid delays. I just found this address in one of their emails. Well at least I know where to find them now.

I can't understand why this obviously scamming operation is allowed to continue. I have tried for years to get them off of my computer but they keep multiplying like schmoos. Surely there must be an oversight group somewhere that can handle this situation.

They are drop-shipping. Acting as the middle man just like a lot of catalogs etc and other reputable web and brick-and-mortar shops. EXCEPT it sounds like they are a bad apple who keeps having to change their name because of having scammed someone or to match the product they are currently selling. They give a bad name to reputable business people who are genuinely trying to curate excellent goods from around the world then let you know about it by paying for the ad you answered, and to have it delivered to you, at a retail markup.

I got scammed so bad off eBay. Sold a $26k rolex to “Nelson Miller” and shipped it here. I never got the money through PayPal bc he made an email address that was paypal.support.com so it thought it was legit. But my pupil account couldn’t receive the pending funds until I spent $4k so I cashapped Regina Mcpeak $4k because they said they would PayPal it to me and the support email verified it to be true. PLEASE READ THIS! You do not have to settle for a loss of money. Contact PayPal or your credit card company and file a fraudulent complaint. I was duped in buying a $700 Dyson vacuum. Guys, you got it all wrong. The "11923 NE Sumner St" address belongs to Viabox. It's a legit company that does delivery and other logistics services for businesses, etc. Their clients all have their own "STE" number in the address.

Scammers are opening accounts at Viabox and then ripping people off. It's kind of like scammers opening PO boxes at USPS (or mailboxes at The UPS Store) and then ripping people off. But Viabox themselves are legit.
