User suffers from 10T error and does not work with seller to troubleshoot. Forces refund through eBay Guarantee.

Bought cell phone (which was NIB and Manufacturer Refurb, sealed) ... Messages me two weeks later and claims that the phone does not turn on and charge, immediately threatens to file "item not as described." I tell user to hold on, let's troubleshoot this before you do that. Apparently doesn't like me asking her to hold on and files "Item not as described, broken." After paying for return shipping, I see the phone works and is not registered (luckily). Still trying to figure out what the user error is, I try to imagine different ways that the user could've not know how to use the phone. I attempt to plug in the phone on the first try to charge it. It works. Turn it on and use it, no problems.

Either user is really really dumb, or had buyer's remorse and filed eBay protection Guarantee.

Buyer has over 600 hundred positive feedbacks. Sounds like a seller temper issue, to me.

Not sure about above comment, seems fishy. I also sold items to this user (they have 561 reviews as of this post!) and had issues. Ended up eating shipping costs to get item back. Since items weren't broken I can only assume buyer's remorse. Wish there were more honest people out there. Glad there are sites like this to help out the mom and pop shops from liars.

One - there's nothing eBay can do about sellers posting to this site... even if it's in their terms, their terms are illegal, making them invalid - they can't restrict your behavior outside of their site.

Two - buyers don't get negative feedback, so, nobody cares if a buyer has 42 trillion positive feedback; buyer feedback is meaningless.

Three - This site shows the IP comments are posted from. We all know it's Susan "I Can't Use a Phone" Foster. You're fooling no one.
