This address is for a Gateway Express in Oregon. International buyers can get an American address from them, like the one above, each with a different Suite number. In the case above, the Suite number is c/o IDW-CWXY. So, the international buyer uses this address to purchase from American websites. Their items are shipped to Gateway Express in Oregon, and from there shipped to whatever foreign country they are from. Today someone with a different name but same address used my credit card on Walmart.com to buy Roller Derby skates. Luckily, Walmart recognized this as fraud and reversed the charges. However, I will be notifying the police to see if this Gateway Express is more than what it seems. What you all think?

I too ordered from Walmart.com on June 17, 2015 and within ten minutes after placing a clothing order I had several thousand dollars worth of electronic items charged to my credit card. Luckily, it was all caught in time. Interesting to hear from the previous poster how the operation works as I was wondering. Seems like ordering from Walmart online is bad news.

I had the same thing happen myself on my Walmart.com account, only I do not have a credit card attached to my account. I just received an email that my changes had been made to my account. Sure enough, when I tried to log in, I could not. The email had a toll free number to Walmart.com to call if i had to made the account changes and I called it, they changed my password.

I will never keep a card on file with any place I purchase due to fraud, first time I have ever been hacked though.

Just today I received notification of two purchases from walmart.com amounting to over 2000 bucks to be delivered to the same Gateway address, same person. I am forwarding this link to the FBI and Walmart.

Same story here- they tried to purchase a cell phone from walmart.com for $1,100 using my account and credit card.

I have a similar situation like all of you guys. My Walmart.com account got hacked and the hacker change my email address and password. Then they place an order of Samsung Galaxy S6 for $909. Luckily, Walmart recognized this as fraud and cancel the transaction. When I finally reset my walmart account and logged in, I found out my shipping address is changed to the same address and phone number as above. I'm going to report this to the police and I hope all other victims can do the same.

Same thing happened to me today. Got a call from All electronics to verify a purchase "I" made BC they've been having similar fraudulent transactions. I am so grateful she called! My Walmart account got hacked too and someone tried to buy $1000 worth of electronics. Three transactions with nothing over $400. The goods are to be shipped to JULIAN FEBRI at this address. I Googled and found that the name belongs to an Indonesian similar to the other names other got.

I'm guessing some Indonesians are hacking Walmart. Someone should make this a news story on national TV so people won't buy from Walmart online anymore!

I personally called them and from my experience, they don't care that their business is being used as a front for merchandise being purchased with stolen cards. I'm not sure of the whole walmart link, but we are an electronic cig. website and fortunately it is solely ran by my husband and I so we are able to scrutinize the orders better than big box companies. This address is belong to company called comgateway. It is US shipping address for those who purchased directly from US website that only deliver within US. I personally have this account and has used it couple time. I don't have any tips though to offer to check whether who is legitimate buyer.

We have had similar experiences with shipments going to this address. It appears fraudulent buyers are using a 3rd party shipper's address as a way to receive goods through hacked accounts.

If only you guys would take a minute to go through Comgateway's website, you'll understand the mailing address has nothing to do with fraudulent orders. It works just like any orders that go through the mail office before being shipped to other countries.

I'm an American but currently working in Singapore and my only way to order stuffs from back home without imposing on the people I know is through Comgateway. Unless there are other alternatives, I'll be happy to try.

My story involves PayPal - I was corresponding with a different buyer and e-mail but the same ship to address. The customer corresponded with me with the e-mail but PayPal told me that the e-mail address was not affiliated with any Paypal account. Many transactions had been made with the e-mail address and PayPal had issued "TRANSACTION-PENDING" notices for all of them but continued to let the e-mail address operate. (This sounds like a ripe class-action against PayPal for enabling fraud) but unless you were diligent and checked the transaction record to confirm Paypal issued the payment to the account - you would be out the money. Same as using a stolen credit card.

I have had 4 orders on my website that looked highly suspicious. Notified Paypal and they put on flag on the
individuals, the address and account # used. They instructed me to refund the money. Since there was no chargeback, this does not results in a black mark. All fees were refunded. Just watch for anything that doesn't look right. They tend to start out with smaller orders and work up. The address were two different warehouse address. I googled the address and could view the actual warehouse and know that these were not apartment #s. Keep blogging, that is how I found out about the warehouse usage. Semper Fi!

Hi guys. as many other people have mentioned above, this is a freight forwarder's address. they give buyers abroad a forwarding address with "Suite/PMB/Ste" and then forward the package overseas via DHL/etc.

There are many legitimate users of that service (me included) however, in every basket there are always inevitably a few bad apples.

So - before you unilaterally decide to cancel an order, you should evaluate the buyer's feedback, the similarity of the ebay registered name to the shipping address, and probably your gut feeling at the end of the day. And of course, if PayPal asks you to hold on the transaction - be extra careful. Do keep in mind that PayPal is also extra cautious and first-time buyers often face problems in their transactions going through resulting in (hold for shipment emails to the seller) - I've been there before.

Anyhow - have a merry christmas and merry selling! don't let the bad apples spoil it for the rest of us legitmate buyers!

I received a purchase off eBay for a backpack from a buyer named Terence Liu who listed one of these addresses and also requested that no receipt be included with the package "because this is a gift". The company associated with the email address according to eBay is MadBackpacks, which you can see is based in Taiwan according to their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MadBackpacks/). I haven't been scammed yet. Payment came through. However, we're still working out a miscommunication where he thought he was purchasing a multicam backpack but was not. We'll see what happens from here...

There is another website that also has this address. I thought that the C/O was because he was in the military. I was going to thank him. I found that that address is a scam. Stolen credit cards item shipped to that address and then shipped out of country. This guy asked why his order was cancelled. I said I wasnt comfortable with the address he gave. He said I will give you my address in Singapore if that will help. Then i went on to say that that address was linked to stolen credit cards. He didnt write back.
The purchases go through, possibly because they stole the number and not the card. It would take some time before the person knew it was stolen.
I told Etsy and they said well it's ok. We'll give you the money if it is chargedback by bank. They had no interest in looking into it further and putting this address on a list

Bennathan Ng is not a bad buyer! Bought a $150 item from me back in Sept. 2016 that was not charged back. Just bought something else. I have shipped to many of these types of locations over the years, with no chargebacks. Anyone can use these clearing houses, some are fraudulent, but many are good buyers.

Another victim here. Somehow got a hold of my paypal account info and used my bank's debit account that is directly tied to my paypal to order off of ebay. Very suspicious as paypal previously froze my account due to insufficient ID proof on my end, so I'm not sure how 3 separate transactions went through. The thief bought 3 1960s era Honda car parts from 3 different sellers totaling about $200. Contacted one of the ebay sellers and he said that he was very suspicious of the transaction overall due to a poorly crafted email sent by the "buyer". Said he contacted eBay and they said he had no choice but to ship anyway due to the situation.
