Contacted to claim non arrival after only a short time. Refused to wait till the time that postal services recognize the item as lost. Raised a claim with Amazon as soon as he could. Quite clearly had received the item and didn't want to pay for it. I'd advise cancelling any orders from this fraudulent buyer.
