Frederick Perayeff explicitly agreed to a long transit time for his order after we warned him of that and asked him only to order if he agreed to wait, but when it took longer than he liked, he did not contact us but simply grabbed our money out of our pockets by filing a PayPal "non receipt" dispute. This makes Frederick Perayeff guilty of fraud, since he now has our money while the merchandise will be delivered soon.

First off, where was this package coming from? if its from the US to the US then there's no reason why it should of taken that long, unless you never had the product to begin with. If it came from outside the US then its your problem to provide tracking. If the tracking was online and viewable by PayPal of still being in transit, the dispute would of been kept open, and then closed in your favor when it was delivered.

As we told you before you paid, it was shipped fromEurope, untracked, and we asked you to agree to that and we also warned you that there were long USPS transit times at that time, and not to buy from us unless you agreed. This warning was in bold, red text just above the "agree and pay" button., Mr. Frederick Perayeff, thief (because your package is in your hands now).

Doesn't matter the whole purpose of tracking is not for the customer its for proof of delivery. Even PayPal tells you that your not protected with packages that have no tracking. You knew this in the service agreement and decided to chance it. The buyer saw that you didnt place tracking on the package and disputed it. The burden of proof is you to refute the buyer's claims, since your evidence doesn't establish any proof of delivery, the buyer won. If you had tracking that showed the package being delivered to a confirmed address then you wouldnt of lost the dispute regardless of what the buyer said.

This shows you're a sociopath. You told us you were going to claw our money back even before it could have arrived, so you're an unashamed vulgar thief, Mr. Doran Frederick Perayeff. You can steal from other merchants without consequences but stealing from us is a bad idea. The fact that you can't be prosecuted for your crime and the fact that PayPal let you win the dispute is nice for you but you won't be able to prevent us blacklisting you as the thief you are.
