He tried to make a purchase on Amazon under a bogus business name with the same address something like Booyah Department.

We have had multiple orders from them but have not shipped them anything thanks to the bad buyers list. This works.

Online resellers need to help each other. Post all bad experience with each buyer you had. So they can't buy from us.
Also, report to those scammer to crime online

Fraudulent buyer.
I wasted almost a month trying to get my money back.
First: buyer claimed my brand new , factory sealed iPhone 7 was defective.
Second: Opened a dispute through Paypal. Not surprisingly Paypal ruled on buyer's favor.

Third: To my fortune, buyer shipped back an old ass htc flip phone . Seriously? not only that. Buyer item shipped purposely to a business(restaurant) address

Forth: Was told by paypal to File a police report through ic3 and my local police station.

Fifth: Finally won the dispute after 28 days.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER

Well depends what reason he uses for a case. If he opened as not delivered, you just proof with tracking.
But what about as not as describes or defective? And return a different item? You won't win but you can report to IC3, post office and police station.
But why you want to ship the order instead of cancel it, if you already know he is a scammer? You already know, what will happen?

Uggg wish I would have seen this 6 days ago when I shipped an iPhone 6S to that same address.. he opened a dispute claiming I sent a defective device which was impossible. Going through the motions now.. I would like to know how PayPal is gonna rule.. smh

OMG! What you can do is, get a Police Report, IC3 report and post office report. With a copy of these report call to Paypal, and let them know, all reports you have and ask them About his purchase history and disputes he opened.
It will be hard you win, but Paypal pays more attention with a Police report because, Paypal provided you a scammer address, so I consider Paypal responsibility for this fraud.
Fight, don't leave him to win too easy.

So I contacted the post office and they told me that I would not be able to get anything in writing unless I was the sender.. smh.. now what. because the only verbal confirmation I got was that he shipped back item to another address that was not mine.. He basically provided a tracking number to my same town to make it seem as though he shipped it to me..

As I said earlier(about 1 month ago - from 72.192.X.X), I went through a lot of phone conversations with paypal. I spent a week at USPS trying to find where the scammer sent my phone back. After appealing 2 times and seeing that the buyer won all cases, I was told to finally file a police report and finally got my money back. I do not know if it was through paypals insurance but I dont give a crap. I was so relieved after I got this response back.

Just looked up the address for an Amazon order. This site came up. Thank you. Saves us $45.00 plus shipping.

This address keeps placing orders with my Amazon account, even tho I have two step authentication on my account. This keeps happening every few months and I have to keep calling Amazon and changing my pw, and no one can tell me how this keeps happening. They keep ordering itunes gift cards. I don't even own or use any apple products. Very frustrating.

How he got your Amazon account?
Probably you can contact to your credit card company and also open a dispute for each transaction he made.
Report to BBB against Amazon and the frauder and go to your local police station to report it(take all proof you can, photos,etc).
