Details: | Filed a claim against me for having not received the item 5 days after it was sent. Looking at the traffic history, there had been a delay with sorting but the item was on its way. When I tried to explain this to him and say I couldn't refund the order since it has already been posted he told me "that's not good enough" and said he would be refunding the item anyway (presumably with an item not as described or something post arrival) and that he would leave me negative feedback if I did not refund him now. I contacted eBay, but the following day he left quite scathing feedback. The item has since arrived and he has still not dropped the claim. I can understand some frustration by the delay, but it was posted 1 business day after payment and arrived only 9 days after that. He was extremely rude to try to communicate with and tried to use the threat of negative payment to force me to give him the item for free. Would definitely stay away from this buyer! |
