Very rude from even before purchasing. Parvin Hallmark is a self proclaimed A$$h0le and uses this as an excuse to insult and bully anyone he communicates with. Despite polite professional responses by us to his inquiry he responded with childish name calling and rude language. Parvin Hallmark is a bully who is proud to demonstrate how appropriate his self-given title is. I strongly recommend against having him as a customer. Even if you do everything perfect and give him a good deal, he will use it as some sick game to show how truly evil he is. Psycho Sociopath should be added to his title.
