Details: | Customer is a nightmare. Through a small email confusion because previous messages are not shown, wrong response was sent to customer. When we realized the error we asked our usual questions we are required to ask. Customer refused to provide us with the needed information. She requested a prepaid label with tracking which we provided but did not bother to print it up because it wasn't USPS (which it was) and because the address was our previous warehouse location even though when printed the correct returns address is on the label which is our new warehouse location. We have used the same label for 3 years now and never had a problem. Now customer is sending back an empty box. Had she just taken the time to understand our explanations, include a previous message or reiterate her original complaint all this commotion would have been avoided. But according to her she knows how to do our job better than we do. |

This Ebay user should be avoided at all costs. I only hope that more people report this person, so that Ebay takes action.

I had problems with this user too, she does shady stuff then threatens to league bad feedback, failure to pay and to report you to ebay and the problems with my transaction with her whee because she had a block on her PayPal so I couldn't pay!
