Its the same scam over and over again. Its obvious you people are doing jack shit about it, we told you what to do months ago and appeantly those sellers who we told are just lazy asses happy they got taken for hundreds/thousands of dollars. The dude is apparantley some black or chinese person that wants thing delivered to an abonded address or place for rent. waits for the package to be delivered on the doorstep then comes and steals it. Its obviously some theif that lives in close proximity of the address. Why wasnt anyone called the police in that town! Or at least contact FedEx , UPS, or USPS and tell them its a fraud address.

The IP address is a proxy server. So the asshole is making their purchases trying to hide their identity. The address is a reshipment company. The asshole rented a box from a company called Banma Logistics Inc 0 McCullough Dr, New Castle, DE 19720
(302) 276-2028. and is using one of those fact po boxes to have the package either be redirected overseas or to a place in the US.

Check every single address that you get an order from and make sure it doesnt get shipped to a place like that. its fraud 99% of the time!

My business received two chargebacks due to this person from items purchased through our website in Dec 2015. His phone number provided to us is (971) 231-8844. I'll be sure to check this badbuyer list in the future for new customers. An expensive lesson....

June 17, 2016, I just got an order from chris rowallson 70 McCullough Dr Z8715new castle DE 19720 United States. Our website provider detected it as fraud, said the credit card billing address did not match, the CVV code did not match, the credit card was opened in Canada but the billing address was in the US. I have a small business and the order was for our most expensive product. I would have liked the sale so I further investigated the shipping address and found this page. Thank you!

We also just got an $2,000 order for the same address to a Jamal Indrawan. We will not ship to those type of addresses with PO and box holders

We just received an order for around $300 for sunglasses. Thankfully my coworker googled his name before shipping the product, and found this site.

Just received three attempts to purchase a $7,685 camera. Three attempts, all declined. Three different credit cards. Same guy. I'm sure they are stolen credit cards. IP address is in Oregon. If you look up the address on Google, Google Earth shows it is an industrial area. Not residential. All fraud.

We just received orders on our website from two different people at the same address, Jovi Lorkta and James Henderson. There is also one from 600 Bronner Bros. Way SW RSU37038, Atlanta, GA 30310 and the name is Hilde Alana. Seems it starts right after Thanksgiving and goes through the first of the year.

Guys you can't automatically assume it's a fraudulent order. This address is for a Freight forwarded so people in other countries can buy from companies in the US and have them shipped without paying astronomical shipping costs. Yes some dirtbag scums order from our sites and have their stuff sent to this address, but not all are bad-I've had legit orders go to these freight forwarders for normal people and good orders. People get their own "mailbox" # and that's the # they reference and then that freight forwarder ships the persons items to them in one shipment, so they can order from a few different stores in the US, to buy items that may not be readily available in their country. So yes be careful-but don't write all of them off as fraud.

FRAUDULENT BUYER

I too have received fraudulent charges from buyers shipping to 70 McCullough Dr. I reported it to the New Castle DE police who told me a gang runs out of this abandoned warehouse. They're signing for packages. Believe me, the FedEx or UPS driver(s) are in on the fraud as they should there are no businesses running out of that building.

I just received 48 attempts of a credit card charge from Fact Bernardh to the McCullough address.

If they're using a freight forwarder to "save on shipping," what they're actually doing is evading import duties in their own countries. Not only should you not ship to freight forwarders, but, you should report their customers to the authorities in their home nations. Maybe 10 years in the gulag will make them think twice about messing with an American businessperson.
