Ingrid Giusti purchased a product from our website and claimed she did not receive the quantity ordered. Demanded a full refund but was not interested in returning product; would not send a picture of what she received. When she finally did return the product, it was EXACTLY what she ordered and as described on website. Customer returned used product then filed a claim with Paypal that she did not receive the quantity as described on website. We knew she was scamming us but Paypal gave her all her money back even her return postage fee and disallowed the re-stocking fee. We don't believe in rewarding customers who are not being honest.
