Sick and tired of this morons idiotic BS. He is a computer repair store called SunCity Computer. This peron has a long repeated history of falsifying disputes against merchants for absolutely no reason. he agrees with policies and then immediately breaks them. We had originally blacklisted this moron for filing a false dispute for an item he had purchased, then he changed his IP address and then purchased another item and then did the same thing. He thinks PayPal's dispute system is nothing more than a chatroom. He receives all emails to his PayPal account, knows how long it takes to ship an item, knows the item is shipped, and then files dispute after every purchase. His account is now flagged and his orders will be immediately cancelled due to his deliberate inteference with our company.
