Melissa Filipe ripped me off. She said that she did not receive her order. I had no choice but to refund her as the item was inexpensive and I did not send it with tracking. Melissa Filipe is nothing but a shoplifting petty thief.

This issue was resolved and dealt with directly with the seller - please remove all information from this site regarding this purchaser. Tracking was never provided for the package in question (as also stated in the comment) and the package was never delivered. The seller was paid in full for the item regardless of the package not being delivered and the item still shows as outstanding on amazon. So in reality this entire package failure is no fault but that of Amazon.

We shipped a brand new correct item. Melissa Filipe said the wrong item was sent and then returned a completely different used broken item. I so wish I checked here before shipping as I can see she has done fraud on other sellers. Shame on her.

This buyer is a scammer. They buy from Amazon FBA items then they replace the items in the original box with worthless garbage and seals them professionally again. After that they return it to Amazon and receives a full refund.

Buyer purchased pair of brand new with tags The North Face etip Gloves. Immediately upon receipt, buyer took picture of used and soiled Reebok gloves along with our business card insert and messaged us, "These gloves are Reebok?? I ordered North Face". Buyer wanted to return the old used item. Buyer is a scumbag crook.
