If I receive your property I will pay you . As I have had to wait 24 days and still have not received the item .how can it be fraud. I have been a customer of your for 7 year. Never had a problem before. Tell me to wait and wait is not an answer when I ask about refund or a replacement. How lond do you expect a customer to wait. I contacted PayPal and ask for advice. They said it was unexpectable to have wait so long and advice me to claim my money back. I will seel legal advice about what you have done.

You demanded a refund during a period of extreme delays both in the UK as in the sending country due to Christmas volume of shipments. We had explained to you that all our other UK customers had been waiting for three weeks already. Instead you decided to simply take the money out of our pocket, contrary to your pledge not to do so when you explicitly agreed to our T&C. You agreed to public blacklisting in case you would file a payment dispute for any reason. You took our money out of our pocket and by doing so, you implicitly called us liars when we said your shipment was merely delayed. You excercised very poor judgment, and people who take our money without our permission will suffer the consequences: Public blacklisting as per their own permission.

Yes, November is the Christmas period. People purchase Christmas presents from Ali Express in China at the start of November, so that from China, it arrives well in time for Christmas. Also you us China as an example for buy Christmas present in November "run up" stating that the order and I quote" arrives in plenty of time" "so that from China" so why is it if my order was made in November and it only coming from Europe, it hasn't arrived!!!

Now is the time to point out to you that UK libel laws are strict. Unless you can prove, as a UK resident that we, a UK company, are ripping people off, you better retract that libelous claim or suffer the financial consequences. Again: Royal Mail is overwhelmed with incoming mail from abroad, and due to capacity problems, they are suffering delays. All our UK costomers have these delays and in the US it's even much worse with 5 week delays. Your choice to take out money. Be advised that any libel will result in a letter from our UK attorneys, with a settlement proposal. Part of that proposal is that you will pay for our legal fees, including the fees for drafting that proposal. Failure to reach a settlement will result in a libel lawsuit against you. This is our only warning. I advise you to take legal advise before libeling us, since in the UK, unless you have hard proof in court, you WILL be convicted for penalties, damages and court costs as well as legal fees.
