normally if you post the tracking information especially up in Paypal, the case will stay open until the item was confirmed as delivered. that should be appealed immediately. if it was over 6 weeks then the guys got a ligetimiate dispute. federal law says items can take up to 6 weeks for delivery if not stated otherwise.
