Details: | Item number: 224338811768 Buyer: relaxrelaterelease This buyer left negative feedback because we proactively refunded an order that appeared to be lost in USPS (it was delayed due to weather but no tracking progress had been posted). We issued a refund but then the very next day the item was delivered. We contacted the buyer multiple times to let them know we: 1st were investigating, 2nd issued a refund and then 3rd to state that it appeared have been delivered. We also asked if she would kindly consider repaying for the item since it had in-fact been delivered but she refused to do so. Then she left us negative feedback for what we consider to be EXCELLENT customer service. This is a terrible unethical buyer who took pleasure in getting something for nothing . She was rude and inconsiderate and then left negative feedback. The buyer received a refund (because we thought it was lost) and the item (delivered the next day) and also made false claims about us harassing her when we were simply keeping her informed about the progress of the order.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions

You should known that they're re-seller. Re-seller are always trouble, Always keep tabs on re-seller. They're childish children. You could always contact eBay stating the item has finish delivered, They would of reverse the charges. If you knew how ebay policy works. You gotten your money!
