He dropped the dispute, then sends a highly offensive message. Then raises an item not as described return case.
Then leaves a negative feedback. I checked his feedback and he has all his feedback set to private so I can only assume he leaves a LOT of negative feedback.
Then he escalates the return to a dispute.
I spoke to ebay who are in the process of removing the negative feedback.
