I also was scammed by series1932s@hotmail.com, Two weeks to pay, requested refund, Complained to Ebay about condition, never returned item! I am out the Note and my money! Karma is a female dog! I would use caution, beware before selling to this individual.

Buyer cheated me out of my one dollar bills. Took them and ran leaving me without them or my money. eBay needs to ban series_1932s he is a scammer.

Similar experience, but with a twist. Payment didnt clear and I attempted to cancel the order. They promptly had payment clear and then initiated a payment request through PayPal equal to the amount. if I wasn't paying attention it would look like that would be how to refund the money. However that would have only just sent them cash for nothing with no trail through eBay. Be very careful with this buyer they have layers and layers of scams.

Absolutely the worst on eBay. Even their feedback received is a chain of "removed by eBay" because sellers were trying to warn people. All feedback given is negative. You are better off canceling the order and taking the defect than selling to this guy... and I've never even done business with him, I don't even sell coins or notes. This guy is absolute trash.
