Details: | Bought eBay item # 262639801135 from me, a Dell Laptop DC Cable. Confirms delivery through feedback but much after the fact does a chargeback against me with their credit card company that costed me an additional $20 chargeback fee. This is a scammer's approach that is common to be hard to detect. DO NOT SELL TO THIS THEIF ! |

Seller don't blame the buyer. First off you should know never do business with people like him. Secondly, you are perfectly aware that you have to put tracking on all packages that are shipped. If the buyer files a dispute for non receipt of merchandise, the burden of proof is on you to prove delivery. Why should PayPal or anyone else pay for your mistakes. The buyer saw you didn't place tracking, and took advantage of your cheapness and stupidity.
