WOW!!! How sad of you...to lie and be dishonest. The softball pants I purchased from you were very used and in poor shape. You stated in your listing that they were in excellent condition. MATTER OF FACT... the picture in your listing WAS NOT the pants you sent to me. How dishonest of you!!! And now to write such a lie and put my husband and my information out on the internet. I feel sorry for you and to go this far over $9.00. I should had known better to have bought from you with ALL the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK you have received from other buyers. Funny how you NO longer have an account with Ebay! I will be notifying EBAY of your actions and inform them that you gave our name and address out on the internet and of your dishonesty. |

So, I reviewed the seller in question's feedback. Over the last 1,000 feedbacks, they have 2 negatives - one from a person who never received their item despite delivery confirmation (the hallmark of a scamming buyer), and one who didn't understand how a 16-month calendar works (you get the last 4 months of this year, then the 12 months of the new year.) The account is still operational as of Nov 2019.
Basically, every word in this complaint is a lie. I find you guilty of being a bad buyer and sentence you to rotting in irrelevance for the remainder of your days. So ordered. Court dismissed.
