Customer purchased on Jan 6, opens a return request on Feb 8. Stating found a better price. I informed him that I do not offer returns or refunds on digital items. The customer then leaves me a negative feedback stating item never received and my excuse is because its digital. USPS states delivered. Why would you try to return an item that you never received? hmmm
