| Details: | Amazon buyer Etoile Ham bought an Iphone 5S and after one day cancelled. I already shipped the phone. Buyer keeps on complaining and insisting for a refund. I was a new seller in Amazon and was trying to avoid a negative feedback so I issued a refund. The buyer promised to return the phone. According to USPS tracking number, the phone was delivered and signed by J. Park on 01/30/15. Sent numerous messages through Amazon but no reply from Etoile Ham. Called on 02/04/15 and J. Park angrily said that they already sent package to USPS on 02/03/15. Checked the tracking number and USPS has no records. Called again on 2/05/15 and a lady answered that the package is still with them. Said will ship in the next day. Called again on 02/09 and J. Park (again) angrily said to check back in two days! On 02/09/15 received a message from Etoile Ham in Amazon saying that he/she already sent the package on 01/28/15???!!! How can they send the phone back when they only received it on 01/30/15?? I believe these people are professional scammers. I researched their address online and saw that they also did this to at least one ebay seller. Sellers beware, they must be using different names but check on the address and do not sell to these people. They got me for $405! |

I had someone on ebay try to by pass the bidding and buy my item outright through an side conversation. I went ahead and had them paypal me, however the name seemed extremely suspicious that I looked it up and found this conversation.
The paypal account had a chinese name, and the shipping address I'm questioning if it is an account # instead of a human or business name.

The address is for a shipping company.
The item I am selling is an exclusive item from a comic book convention, educated guessing is that someone is trying to get a hold of this piece to replicate to make fakes.

Appears to be a freight forwarder or scammer. I got hit up for a quote on a industrial automation board. They had a hotmail email and this address for shipping and billing.. and just random letters for contact name on the quote request.. Looked up the address and found this page.
