This is an erroneous claim against a purchaser of merchandise from a disreputable retailer on eBay.com. The administrators of eBay, and not the credit card company, agreed with the purchaser and not with the retailer. Hence, eBay refunded the full amount of the merchandise because the merchandise was not as described on their site. The item purchased had no relevance to the part it actually was supposed to fit, therefore the purchaser received a full refund from eBay. The purchased does not contact the credit card company as erroneously stated in this bogus posting, rather one must contact eBay.
