Details: | Crystal clear images in the listing of what the color of the product was, nothing ambiguous in the least. Files dispute that it's not the shade of color she wanted--even though there's 5 CRYSTAL CLEAR PICTURES of the color. Complete bitch in resolution center that I should pay to ship it back. No refund policy, but kindly offered to refund her the original purchase and even shipping if she'd like to return them. Escalated case because she doesn't want to pay to return. Ebay 'sided with the buyer', but says she has to return them for a refund. So, I get what looks like a 'ding' because she's unreasonable. I did absolutely nothing wrong. 5 days later and she still hasn't sent in tracking. I have a feeling she's not going to return it, causing even further annoyance because I Have an open case and needed to extend my monthly limit. Run away from this pain in the ass unruly customer. |
