This person purchased a tangible item, but refused to confirm his email identity.
Seller sent a security code to his email address for him to reply for confirmation, but he just ignored it.
This is to avoid Nigerian scams on these tangible items.

2 weeks later he started hold funds on PayPal, with " not received " dispute.

Funny thing is he never had any comm with seller beforehand, but just did that straight away.

His reply on dispute was :

" Ok, I never received merchandise, so just refund me. I rather pay more don Microsoft then to deal with this hassle. "

" if you wish to sell things on the site you are using, you must follow the site disclaimer. They allow users to purchase without signing up as member.

This called a gust checkout. You wanted me to go back, signup and check the message box.

NO! I won't do that, as I may never purchase from that site again. "

A reply with security code is essential to avoid spam and scams,

These people did sign and promise the instruction on listing, but just refused with these GREAT WORDS.

I have chosen to spread this out so other sellers know how difficult, self-centered this buyer is.

Be more cautious dealing with him.
