Buyer uses an APO address for purchases. Shipping to an APO address always takes a longer time, especially international shipping during the pandemic. He took advantage of the longer shipping time, he tried to file a non receipt case on ebay on Jun 21 but ebay did not allow him to file a case that quick. He then tried again filing a case on Jul 18, as soon as system allowed. On Jul 22 He got a charged back during the item was still in the middle of shipment. On Aug 9, the item was finally delivered, we tried to contact him thru all possible ways including ebay message, whatsapp and LINE, he ignored all messages and played dumb.
