Customer purchased an item and paid for shipping via 1st Class International Mail. The item was shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. He then opened a case for non-receipt of order without giving ample time for delivery via 1st Class International Mail. Then he sent an e-mail stating that he had not received the item, and then 7 minutes after sending the e-mail he opened a case with e-Bay for non-receipt.

Don't deal with this buyer! I had the item insured, but I lost money on shipping and e-Bay seller fees (rip-off). I am sure he is enjoying the free item that he received. Nice scam. I have now made a policy change that I won't ship without full tracking information. Customers can pay the exorbitant FedEx shipping fees or Express Mail with tracking, or they can do without.
