Details: | Buyer was unhappy with 2 extra day delay in shipping he quickly wanted $50 refund to avoid bad feedback. Then when he got it he noted a mistake in the description. I agreed it was wrong, but because I used a tool eBay offers to search for products based on modal then fills the specs in. I admitted it was my mistake he then says I committed fraud which I didn't I offered a complete refund including return shipping. He now says he promised someone else the item and I owe him a bunch more money because he lost a sale. I looked though his feedback he has left several neg feedbacks. He is vindictive and doesn't work anyone only sends nasty emails. I keep him away from your auction he will find something wrong and will try to extort money from you to get it for free. |
