Thoroughly obnoxious customer. Claimed a free gift from us worth £50, didn't actually buy anything. Then had the audacity to send us an extremely rude email to complain about the item. He seemed to think he was receiving something solid gold, for free, when the special offer he claimed, clearly stated, several times, that the item he was getting for free was gold plated.

Dread to think what kind of email you'll get from him he actually purchased something from you.

BTW, the freebie he claimed was a present for his wife. Which, tells you all you need to know, bet he hasn't told her he got it for free!
