Scammer who first claims that someone bought an item on ebay after hacking their account and he knows nothing about it, and then, a few hours later after the package is delivered, he puts another claim that the item was not received, even thought the tracking number clearly says HE SIGNED for the package, and for the same package that he initially claimed "he didn't order"....put this low-life in your blocked-list ASAP !!!!
