Buyer seemed nice at first. She paid promptly and was courteous. However, she became increasingly neurotic and began obsessing over every minute detail of the transaction. She was eventually sending several messages a day, fretting over whether she'd be at home during the delivery, whether she'd have to drive to the post office, how long the drive to the post office would take, etc. Her messages became increasingly frantic and decreasingly cogent. She was eventually totally unable to form coherent sentences or form remotely reasonable accusations. She even obtained our phone number and made an international call from France to the US. When she received her item, she was furious and claimed we intentionally falsified a higher value (to what gain I asked!), thus increasing her taxes. We refunded her for the supposed tax hike, at a complete loss to us. Despite receiving customs paperwork from us, proving we stated the correct value, she continued her rampage. She opened a paypal dispute demanding a $50 refund for the supposed expense she incurred (without even just ASKING, we would have sent it to her anyway). She then complained the item had a problem. When I offered a full refund (plus free return postage) she angrily accused us of trying to take the item away and said the item was fine but it was the shipping situation that was the problem (which we paid for anyway -- if there even was such a problem). The whole transaction was a complete financial loss for us, as well as a very stressful headache (she was our first crazy buyer). I think this person has a legitimate mental/emotional problem. I sincerely hope she gets professional help!

To demonstrate her mental instability, one of her complaints included "You left me positive feedback to quickly". I left her positive feedback TOO QUICKLY? That's a new one.
